TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Method: Payment is required in advance for a five-week period. We will let you know and send you an invoice when it is time to make the payment.

Class Schedule: Your lessons will be held weekly, including during school holidays. Any changes due to public holidays will be communicated in advance.

Absence Policy: If you have pre-booked a holiday, kindly notify us in advance. All absences must be notified by 9pm the day before the lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged as usual. If you cannot attend a lesson during the school term, please arrange a make-up lesson.
Teacher Availability: If your regular teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a substitute teacher whenever possible. If a substitute teacher is not available, we will either schedule a make-up lesson or cancel the lesson without charge.

Photos & Media: We may take photos or videos during lessons and events for use on social media or promotional materials. All photos and videos will be taken from the back of students wherever possible. If front-facing images are unavoidable, we will ensure faces are covered before any publication online. Please let us know if you or your child do not wish to appear in any photos or videos.

Student Safety: We recommend that children under 13 years old are picked up from inside the building. If you prefer not to pick your child up from inside the building, please remind them to return inside the building if they have gone outside and notice that their parent or guardian has not yet arrived. We cannot supervise students outside the building but will take reasonable steps to help keep students safe.

Car Parking: You may drop off your child in front of the garage or park along the roadside. Please make sure that when parking or dropping off your child, do not block our neighbours’ driveways, even slightly, or stop in the middle of the road, and do not block other parents’ cars. Please also inform any family members who drop off your child for lessons. Thank you for your cooperation.
